As a Loan Officer Assistant at Sympli Mortgage, you will play a crucial role in supporting our loan officers and ensuring a smooth loan process for our clients. Your expertise in the mortgage industry and your ability to communicate fluently in Spanish will be key to your success in this role.
Assist loan officers in managing the loan process from application to closing.
Communicate with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to gather and verify required documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate and organized loan files.
Utilize mortgage software systems to input and track loan information (experience with ENCOMPASS or ARIVE LOS is a plus).
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
Previous experience in the mortgage industry (required).
Familiarity with mortgage software systems such as ENCOMPASS or ARIVE LOS (preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
